Small victories; exterior door handle broken
Came back today and found that the passenger door handle was coming away from the door.



Not great, as we're off up to the Lakes and Oban in the next couple of days. So I gave myself 20 mins to take a look and see how to fix it. Got the trim off and peeled the dust sheet back (think someone's been in here before):



and found this little job in the sill of the door:



Screwed it all back together and feels good as new. On the way found that these are great trim removal tools:



Just a normal plastic bike tyre iron you can pick up for a couple of quid in a bike shop.

I had exactly the same issue with my passenger door shortly after I bought mine, nice cheap fix Thumbs Up 2005 Td5 90 XS
