Cape Land Rover Club outing to Helderberg 4x4, Somerset West

Another great outing with the CLRC, with what must have been a record turnout of 20 vehicles(?)

In the dry this is a grade 3 trail with a few grade 4 obstacles, but it had rained non-stop for the past 3 days, so there were quite a few tricky spots and some recovery involved.

Looks like a fair day out. You blokes ever make it to the Drakensberg Mountains. Is the any tracks over there?

Nope, Drakensberg is a bit far for us for a day trip, it'll take a full day to get there.

I'm sure there are tracks in that area, but I've never been --
