Meanwhile, the Russians, from within the safety of their own airspace, shoot down a Ukraine fighter aircraft in Ukraine air space. Can you imagine what the bully boy Russians would have done if that was reciprocated? What a nation? They are just heaping more trouble upon themselves. It was wrong of the West to court the Ukraine, sticking a finger up to Russia. But some things you have to accept for the better long term. All that will come of this is condemnation of Russia, economic woes, and continual mistrust. I know Putin is on borrowed time, but I would have thought that he would want to leave the country in a better state than he found it! Now left.
