This is my gorgeous 2007 td5 defender finished in Tonga green. I bought the truck a few months ago off the original owner. Who was an elderly gentleman who had cherished it. It's only covered 23800 miles with history to back up. Since buying I've added a few subtle modifications just to improve the looks and improve the drivability. It's had a dynachip remap by mike at dynachip on the Wirral, removed the egr valve, fitted a new air flow meter, a k&n panel filter and replaced the down pipe with an early non cat version. Mechanically everything is 100%. I've changed the tyres for 265/75/16 cooper discoverer stt and fitted 30mm bulldog wheel spacers which massively improve the ride and road holding and also allow a lot more steering lock. I've fitted a few cosmetic items such as an alloy steering guard, side steps and crystal head lights but other than that it's as it was when it left Solihull. This defender smells, looks and drives like new and performs really well. I'm fairly confident that this is one of the best remaining td5's left in the country. I'm looking to move on to a range rover sport so I will sell but only at the right price. I am pricing it high but I know what it's worth and I know how sought after these td5's are and you can't get them any more. And this is very very nice!

No doubt in my book. Good luck with the sale it is indeed a great looking and the best secondhand TD5 I've seen. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Lovely car. I was going to say a bit expensive, but the more you think about it its really not. If like me you prefer the td5 your not going to get many other chances like that. I know of a like new station wagon with 18k miles but have been told it will never be for sale. Yours is certainly one of the best and certainly the best for sale at the moment.
Best of luck with the sale, I cant see you really needing it though. Certainly the type of car id be after if I was currently looking Defender puma dormobile camper |

Can I also just point out. This has never been abused, taken off road or towed any weight.

Because you've accidentally turned 'strike through' on in your post. If you click 'edit' below your post and then look through it for an 's' in square brackets like this: [ s ] and another one like this: [ /s ] and delete them both (I've had to add some spaces in there to stop it actually doing it in my post!) 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green

Just to add, the interior is standard techno cloth with carpeted side panels in the rear. Sony USB CD player and parrot Bluetooth hand free kit fitted. I have fitted a cubby box but I still have the centre seat which is in as new condition. No rips, tears etc

Thank you! I'm just really curious as to how rare this is? I can't find many other 07 plates and I can't find any with this mileage.
