Land Andy / Jomara .. thanks for this ! .. I was just about to replace the Nak gasket this afternoon for the second time (!) as it has started leak again .. I will try some of this also.

(Landy Andy - I have pretty much the same setup as you without the snorkel. I don't know whether sorting out the exhaust or air intake is going to help the warping situation.) 2008 Defender 110 XS SW - M57N2 / 6HP28X

Although my mot test man said when questioned "if it's remapped, it's not a standard engine, so cat not required". Andy

Rolling with laughter Not the brightest button in the basket then? There are obviously several 'ways to a means' with this. I sold my Cat ages ago and the rules then subsequently changed so I had to 'adapt' as I had a stainless system using the decat pipe.

Personally for the very reasons you stated I would retain the original Cat in one piece and find another route should you wish to proceed. By the sound of it with your tester you may well just fit a decat perhaps? Down to Personal Choice......

No. As it is a cat if I'm correct. And very very nice idea too.

It is indeed a cat and for simplicity it is fitted on my Puma in exactly the same place as a TD5....Zero CPSI, 100 CPSI, 200 CPSI...... AndrewS it can be whatever you wish it to be when deciding on the internal matrix. That's the beauty of manufacturing your own. Laughing

THIS could possibly be categorised as fraud?...... Whistle

Hi guys, I have an impending MOT and no CAT, and have just found the Allisport C-Cat. Not sure if they supply it to retro fit or with a down pipe but have asked the question!

De-catting my 90 is very easy. Only I have to do it often. Twisted Evil
