No ABS and looking to replace it all in one hit makes it all a simple bolt on job. The current ones are original, and a few years old

Different offset same diameter but much bigger calliper, 46mm piston as apposed to 41mm. The brake pads are quite a bit larger 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

Just to add some balance if you've not bought them yet... I was persuaded to try EBC Greens on one of our other cars and they are, without a shadow of doubt, the worst pads I have ever used. I found them to be very spongy feeling things (I prefer a "bitey" pad) that don't inspire confidence. Have given them 2,000 miles to make sure it's not an extended bedding thing but will be swapping them out for Ferodos very soon. |

Agree with above. Green stuff pads are the worst I've ever fitted. Tried them for a thousand miles, then binned them. Nasty

Already brought the pads. These things are so subjective!! Land rover allegedly spend millions developing things, and then we assume we can improve on it! Ebc pads worked out £4 dearer than the Paigid I was going to use, so thought I'd give them a go. We'll soon find out

Struggling with the braided hoses as mine is 2005 when things changed ,.......... But I had a thought The new calipers will be standard, so there is no guarantee that my old pipes will fit them either ? I suppose I need to check with the supplier ? Dose anyone know what the differences are???

The flexi/braided hose is fastened to a short rigid copper pipe which in turn is connected to the caliper,so wont be any problem. Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.

Aren't they supposed to be metric thread or something after 05? Is it just the caliper end ? and the other standard imperial ?

Dunno,I heard summut bout both ends being male or female, can't remember. But like I say the rubber/braided hose is connected to a short STEEL (not copper, doh!) pipe which uses a standard fitting to fit into the caliper. Cant find an image but a quick looksy underneath will explain all. Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.
