Hi Guys,
still new to the forum... been doing up my 1999 td5 90 over the past month and have found this forum to be a great source of info...so many thanks 
Couldn't find this nugget of info , so thought Id post so that if anyone else searches...this might be helpful.
basically had the OEM hindged lightguards on, but when fitting the bumper ( which is some bit of kit I might add) the light guards stick out too much..and need to be removed 
I'm sure the guards could be cut, or a bracket made...but out the box it looks like a no no to me..
