The most clumsy cigarette thieves are here in Geneva
This is reported in the local press today, but it happened last year and the grocery store owner put the security camera video fragment on youtube where it apparently has become a global hit.
Speaking of a pair of hilariously clumsy goosebags Rolling Eyes
Both were caught on the spot, 1 got 12 months firm, the other 120 days probation or so....
 You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Those scumbags in the UK would have probably sued the shop owner for compensation for personal injuries received during the break in!

How dare the shop owner have a display stand so fragile it will not withstand the weight of an intruder? H & S should prosecute the shop owner for having such fragile display units! Razz

Not being too up on politics and the EU bit presumably Geneva is not part of the EU with such harsh sentences?

Perhaps if they had killed someone in the process they would have got off more lightly.
