Today was a great day, was invited by my cousin who has been a member of a small Defender Club for a couple of years. We were 9 trucks that went out to the north of Kuwait in a hilly area. This is the second time I take my Truck off road and I've been improving. I need to get better at soft sand since its my first diesel truck.
The place we went 4x4ing was next to the Iraqi border, it has high altitude and rocky compared to the rest of the rural Kuwait. I got to know the weaknesses of the Defender, in soft sand its not as great as the petrol 4x4's as you really need to start for a further normal ground to gain momentum to go up the slopes (due to low HP). Yes I really like the Xtech Sawtooth alloys, I have a Startech Sport Steering wheel, Terrafirma rear bumper NAS and FCX leather on the way along with Alive Intercooler. The rear window on my mates Defender are called panoramic, you can find them on youtube. 2016 Defender 90 Adventure Edition |
