Inspected, guaranteed and ready for action?

Hello Mike,

Can I please draw your attention to my recently purchased 110 XS SW and the unacceptable level of preparation for sale by the dealer: http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic25274.html

I just had another look at your Approved Used Vehicles site and it says: "The Land Rover Approved Programme has been designed to ensure that you receive the same level of quality, service and customer satisfaction that you would when buying a new vehicle. Peace of mind comes as standard when you choose one of our Approved Used Vehicles".

I'm afraid this has not been my experience.
