Land Rover assistance
Turbo pipe popped off. Land rover came out within the hour. Put in back on but only to find it had a split in the pipe. So I said I was happy to limp to stafford Landrover. They then delivered a jaguar xf to my door.

Stafford had fixed the pipe by 12:30. But not only that the defender was gleaming, hoovered and the litter removed from it.

So yes it broke and had to delay a job. But service from all parties was great. I have a clean defender and am very happy.

Think it's important to say how good land rover can be.

i've had land rover assist sent out to me by the local dealer twice in the last 5 months and they found and sorted the problems out most efficiently (sensitive floating switch in the brake fluid reservoir; and a loose screw on the transmission tunnel, by the seat box/floor panel junction that sounded like the suspension was going to collapse everytime i went round a corner!)

with an exchage of a cup of tea the technicians were more than happy to talk about defender faults and new products that might be coming out of solihul Thumbs Up

I agree the LR assist guys seem to know their stuff, i know the one i called out had his own collection of LR's
