110 Accident Junction 21 south bound M5 20.40 20/10/13

Not a good spot I'm afraid, saw what looked like a nicely modified dark colored 110 nose into the central reservation last night. The vehicle body had separated from the chassis.

Do hope the driver was ok.

If ever airbags became an aftermarket addition for Defenders, then I would buy them.

Still considering a roll cage. D44 is nearest to me, but their fitting charge is high on top of an already pricey item. Thats the problem with roll cages, they don't just take 5 minutes to fit, probably 2 days work in fitting a cage. How much did they quote to fit?
