Bow down

I've not made home-made bread since I was doing Cookery at School!

I do bake other things though - all the better for being homemade, just like bread.

I made jam and lemon curd tarts today. Earlier in the week it was Melting Moments, and Apple Crumble! Thumbs Up Our blog - http://landytravels.com/

When you say homemade do you mean in a breadmaker ? If not then I am truly jealous as I have often tried the old fashioned way and the result is more like ships biscuit

Apple pies made with sweet pastry and Bramley Apples from a neighbours garden.

My first loaf a couple of months back, but i'm hooked now, I make most of our bread, favourite at the moment is a seeded white Cob with salt wash and sesame seeds, properly nice! I'll take a picture next time![/img] A man with no boat is a prisoner
