Pulley Alignment
Did I dream it, or have I read somewhere that there was an issue with the alignment of the engines pulleys that are driven by the serpentine belt which leads to early failure of the belt? I have a 2013 2.2 engined Defender

You didn't dream it, though I'm not sure it also concerns the later models. IIRC realignment (on the 300 Tdi) was done by the "penny trick":
