Look in the yellow pages for marquee/tent manufacturers or lorry curtain side trailer repairers. The material is the same and they will either be able to repair the waterproof cover or tell you how to do it yourself.
Like this - http://www.nationwide-trailer-parts.co.uk/...?limit=all - on their front page they have a tear repair kit for £8, might be worth giving them a call. Or - http://www.uktrailerparts.co.uk/pvc-material- Good luck. |

I'm needing something to repair a cut in the groundsheet of my roof tent... I did a bit of googling the other week and found that 'tenacious tape' seems to be highly recommended. Looking at the link for the curtain sider repair tape above, looks pretty much like the same sort of stuff. I seem to recall a few of the bigger online camping shops sell it, and Go Outdoors too.
Price wise the pack in the link above is good value for the amount of stuff you get in the pack, compared with the ones I found. Our blog - http://landytravels.com/ Yorkshire Off Road Club - http://www.yorkshireoffroadclub.net |
