Tweeters in a 300TDI??
Ok as above really.

I now have new decent front and rear 10cm speakers and a 10" active sub (Thanks to Killer). what it is really missing is some top end now!
So has anyone fitted tweeters into a 300TDi and if so where? The fear of death is the most unjustified of all fears, for there's no risk of accident for someone who's dead.

Did so in my TD5 . Had to make holes, for which i used a hole saw at a slight angle. Small file to enlarge and enable fitting. I know others have used a dremmel etc. They want to be on top of the dash in either corner. The dash is black vinyl covering ally. Be confident, its not hard Thumbs Up I can take a picture, but I'm sure you'll find some in the definitive ice thread.

Most aftermarket tweeters come with 'holders' that allow them to be surface mounted and angled towards the driver if you don't fancy cutting the dash.

Nice install Jim Thumbs Up
