My 90 (and a big 'hello')
Hello all, been lurking for a bit and thought it was about time I introduced myself, and more importantly, my Landy.

She's a TD5 and a few of the mods I've added are:
heated screen
heated seats
Defendervent demister thingies
Mud rails (being 6'2" a bit of a necessity)
Dakar alloys
EGR removed
De-cat pipe and no centre box
Stage 1 tune from Alive
Ashcroft transfer box (ratio change)
Stainless bolts everywhere I can get to

We've just done a trip to the Inner Hebrides, which is where the pics were taken Very Happy

Stornoway Grey Very Happy

The last one I had was black (a 90 XS) and initially I wasn't sure about the grey, but it's really grown on me. I reckon the ally chequer-plate sets it off nicely too.

Without wishing to hijack your thread, I was wondering how good the demister thingies are? do they really clear the side? are they easy to fit? thanks in advance Sweatysock

They certainly help, but it doesn't turn the demister into anything approaching what you'd get in a 'normal' vehicle! The biggest help for demisting I've found is, strangely, the sunroof. Confused With that open, the side windows stay alot clearer, even with two wet spaniels in the back. Regarding fitting - I had the dash apart anyway to do the wiring for the screen and seats, so it wasn't too bad. I'm not sure I'd bother if I wasn't stripping the dash apart anyway - just carry a roll of kitchen paper! Laughing
