I'm looking for some of the above as I noticed today that one of my bushes is a bit worn.

RNF100090L is correct part number for lower rear shock bushes for your 110
|

I did consider a Poly conversion, but I do a lot of road driving so was thinking about the increased stiffness. Craig Rogers

Polybush do different variants for different conditions. I got an advisory on my MOT for mine and it is something I myself need to look at. I have heard the longevity of polybushes is worth the spend.

I suppose it depends on interpretation of the words performance, dynamic etc. Ultimately mine are 'worn' and need replacing and I shall probably go for performance as I like that word. Mine is road use only and I suppose it doesn't really matter so much?
I too was considering a full kit but bu993r it I'll replace just the shock bushes for the time being as I have worked quite a lot on the truck recently and don't need to bog myself down with anymore tinkering that doesn't need doing! Mine is also an advisory from March, so I better get them looked at pronto. I'm going to Polybush all mine as I go along, I'm not going to rush but replace methodically as I need to.
Any advice on type as there is three types, Performance/Dynamic/Comfort. My DC doesn't carry weight, but does haul the Sankey but really need advice on which would suit me. Don't want to bounce any more than I am already |

Well I've decided to go for the Dynamic Polybush set for the rear shocks.
I've emailed Polybush so hope to get an answer soon, but does anyone know if "Kit 12" does both shocks or do I need two of them? "Kit 12" does indeed contain the bushes for both rear shocks.
After deciding against them and going just for Genuine lower bushes, I decided that if I'm doing the lowers I may as well do the uppers. So I changed my mind back and have purchased the Dynamic version of Kit 12. Hopefully, I'll get around to fitting them this weekend. I'll let you know how I get on.
