How much did you add and did you need to remove any of the existing stuff first? 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

It's necessary to add a 125 cc bottle (quantity for up to 3 liters of oils).

I change completely the oil (Castrol BOT328, 2,3 liters) but you can add CPL on the existent oil.....

One treatment it's good for 100.000 km.....

It cost 40€ (36-37£).

If you change the gearbox oil remember that the fill hole IT IS NOT THE MAXIMUM LEVEL (like diff. and transfer box) , you need to fill the correct quantity (2,4 liters) Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition

The correct refill is not 2.4 it is 2.2:
Capacities Litres
MT82 transmission - Initial fill 2.4
MT82 transmission - Service fill 2.2 Mike

Yes, on the manual is explained this, but I measure my drained oil and it was 2,35 liters, so I added additive and oil for a total of 2300-2350cc + or - Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition

Lets' hope their product is better than their website... Rolling Eyes

So, how and where do we buy this stuff? I'm tempted to try it in the gearbox of my racing Alfa, too.

Germany 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Baltic Blue
I added it to my Puma at 3000k because of initial rough changes (risking warranty...) and it certainly made an improvement. Then drove 3000k around Italy and everything was great. However, when we got back and I tried to get my handbrake fixed (3 times!) a vindictive Censored of a German LR mechanic half trashed my gearbox, so now I have had to flush it out again in case I need the gearbox replaced Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad
Anyway, enough of my sob-stories - I can recommend it because I know it worked for me Thumbs Up
Matt

p.s. it is really obvious when you drain the oil - looks like liquid bronze... Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...
