Hi I have been a number of times, nice site,

You can walk from the site down to tittesworth reservoir, and there is a circular walk all arounfpd it.

Yo are also on the doorstep of the roaches where you will see many rock climbing. There are some great walks along the roaches and some really interesting places to walk to and visit. Look up ludds church which is a fascinating place walkable from the roaches. Not far away are a number of roch edges, such as froggatt edge and stannage edge all great walks.

Then head off into the dales for some great walks such as chee dale , dove dale and my favorite lathkill, dale near bakewell.

Have a good time
