We have a Maserati dealer round the corner in a ridiculously flashy showroom, completely full. God knows how much money is in there or what the insurance must be like
The funniest thing is seeing the cars people are obviously using for part-ex (old RRs, BMWs etc.) 
Though to give them credit, they will clearly take anything... Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

In certain scenarios it is a fantastic tool/toy, expect a car in the normal sense of the word ,expect disappointment , look at it as a safer/more stable and comfortable scooter, as a car with minimal costs or potential issues, easy parking, fantastic fun, complete attention grabber ( positive or negative )
I bought it for zooming around the Market town I live in, with 3 kids we were always out of milk,bread, cereal and more often an not someone had to nip out at some point in the evening to buy supplies, so no cold start running , stop start running on a engine etc, and it's hilarious , like a big go cart 
Me and my 6 year old go all over in it, for any or no reason, we just go for a Twiz , as he calls it. I take him to school sometimes, he loves it, we go for waffles on Sunday morning in it, always turns heads, makes people smile and ask WTF is that
Even been sat next to a couple at a country cafe who were talking about it,( not knowing it was mine ) and were googling my shop at the same time , which is the point of the decals on it.
Realistically you will drive flat out everywhere as it hilarious , and based on that I get around 36 mi,es to a charge, were I to drive sensibly and get more benefit from the Kers charging then more would be doable , I don't even charge it weekly and when i do , it costs £1 
Also as it makes no noise , you can speed everywhere, as no one notices  And it's rear wheel drive which is entertaining in the snow ( you tube search twizy drift, plenty of peeps on there playing )
So all in all, it is what it is, forward thinking , innovative design , and a bold move by Renault, so fair play to them, to others it is pointless or an expensive toy. Make of it what you will, but when blasting around in it,me and my little lad always have a smile on our faces, and the wife hates it  Bonus
Like it or not , it is the future, granted it will never be mainstream, but these things have to start somewhere. |

Thanks - gf in on her 2nd Smart; and I love that for doing the short runs you are making in the Twizzy. Maybe put it on the list to look at more seriously when it's time to swap.
