old stock ?
I would recommend you buy your watch batteries from the USA, they are better quality and last for years |

I've found cheap batteries that you buy in packs of "99 assorted button cell batteries" tend to be very short lived, but decent ones last a decent amount of time.
You may be able to get them cheaper, but cpc.co.uk have a decent range of GP cells. http://cpc.farnell.com/batteries-non-rechargeable |

thanks Lee,
had already looked at buying a replacement but its a limitied edition one that she is particularly fond of and doesn't want to replace it. sending off might be an option but sounds like a lot of trouble for something that should be straight forward enough? - youre right about the solar business. I have one with the solar / radio time check / analogue face and I'm well pleased with it. gone are the days where having a tag huer seemed like a good idea - the g-shock is far superior. |
