Problem jostling Defender Td4

Hi all,
Costanzo are from Italy and I have a Defender 110 in 2008, which for some time has a problem of jostling to certain engine speed and especially before you remap the ECU and exclude the EGR had the jostling around 1800 to 2000 rpm but the problem is not always appeared ... After remapped the ECU and the EGR electronically disabled the jostling occurs, mainly around 1200 - 1500 and above all in 5th gear ... but this time it is more frequent jostling ...
Some success and the same problem and can suggest a solution?
I state that I discharged freely without catalyst it the central part of the muffler but only the silencer, I have an open filter OTA dedicated to Defender Td4 of Bmc fitted with a snorkel for Southdown Td4 EGR flow meter and new bottleneck with EGR passage restricted by Newmann (France)
