Not seen one for PUMA yet - this one's on landyzone

If you need a workshop manual, as MK says, the manuals are out there (or you can PM me) for download.

If you tackle the job, you could do the report, and get it "stickied" for all of us Thumbs Up Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

Hi all,

I am planning to replace my MY07's rattling clutch (@60.000 km Sad ) soon. It has been rattling for more than 30.000 km's now and I decided: that's enough now Smile

I was wondering why the guy in the landyzone-manual had to drain his coolant etc. Nothing about that in the workshop manual. Is this engine-related? Does anyone know? The procedure in the workshop manual looks much easier.

I thnk I'll buy an AP driveline Clutch replacement kit at Paddock's. Is this one ok?

Besides that: does anyone know where to get a proper size center-pin to align the clutch plate or which diameter this is? My SIII did well with a broomstick but I'm not sure if this one will...

Thanks,
Paul

I think that the reason is that as the back of the engine drops, the radiator hose can pull the stub off the radiator unless disconnected. So drain a little coolant and remove the hose.
