My new project 90 2.2 arrives today for its new heart.
Here is the first pictures of the standard 90 2.2TDCI I have got to build into my whats going to be an ongoing 3.2TDCI project car.

After getting the first ever 3.2TDCI 250bhp five potter going in the Nene car I now have time to finish the developement of the project on my own car developing the conversion for all emmision markets EU2 non cat, EU4 cat, EU5 cat and DPF.

With well over 400 hrs labor just in the first Nene project alone it soon became very apparent to finish to the level developement im used to doing I need to build my own car as planned sooner than I originally thought. No doubt many will follow once I have done the hard work as usual lol. Whistle

The first thing to do was add a few simple parts like clear lenses and JW Speaker LED (Moblie Centre)headlights, moving on from this Monday it will be stripped for its small engine ready for the heart transplant into a 3.2 Mr. Green

'kin hell, it's alright for some! Wish I could afford to buy a brand new car and rip it's engine out for something bigger!

Interesting project though, nice to see this sort of thing going on Smile
