Ok we've done dogs, so who else has got a horse or horses?

We've got several but here's my newest 'baby'

She is a purebred Suffolk Punch and I'm currently breaking her to harness & chains...

Here is one of mine, well actually it's a shameless plug of my wives business Embarassed but there is a picture of her and one of our horses on it. He's a 17 2 Irish Sports, we also have a fat pony for the smaller ladies in the clan!

Mrs G's friend does dressage and has fantastic stabling and horses....huge huge money involved, my first trip down the stables was only a couple of weeks ago and I was astounded at the amount of care/love needed and I can see why people have such huge passion about them Thumbs Up

I've got 2 ponies and an old nag at the moment, always had horses since could walk....

Welsh Section C mare for the youngest, bought her at auction and she managed to crack 2 ribs the first time I put a bridle on her but with a lot of patience and gentle handling she's turned out a cracking little pony(still a bit fiesty though)

The little Old Feller, he's now 21 and I've had him for nearly all that time. He's allmost been put down a couple of times due to laminitis but he's managed to recover. He had a bad time again last year but he's looking good now, in fact he's about in the best condition he's ever been in. Over the years he's taken anything I've thrown at him in his stride, I went to a tack auction one Friday night and bought a cheap harness and by the time I figured out where everything went(consulting pictures in books etc) he was pulling a tractor tyre round a field by Saturday afternoon. The boys and I had some great fun one winter with him dragging a makeshift sledge.

My old chap, now 23, pretty much retired usually known as the Ginger Git(temperament to match). I took him on loan around 8 years ago and the owner turned round and said that as we seemed to get on then he was mine so he's been eating me out of house and home ever since.
