Side sill adjustment
Picked up my replacement 110 at the weekend and it has a minor problem. The dealer has fitted the chequer plate but the offside rear door is catching on the plate, the front is fine. It looks like the door has already been adjusted and any further adjustment will put it really out of line !

I has a good look under the sills last night and it does look as though I should be able to adjust the back down a couple of mm's and that should allow the door to close properly.

The plate has been fitted using rivnuts so I guess there is no adjustment there.

Am I right in my assumptions or am I talking a load of **** !

I don't really want the dealer hacking it about as, apart from this, the body work is fine.

Bob

is the car brand new or second hand? if new tell them to replace vehicle or if you don't mind, tell them to replace entire wing and refit checker plate. Land Rover's don't leak oil, they simply mark their territory!
