Martin, perhaps siting your Mrs over the rear axle will help Whistle she'll also be far enough back hopefully for you not to hear her 'going on' - you can then relax and enjoy your journey

Well, RKB500300 is indeed White/Green/Green. If you already have a standard SW, then these should be the same as fitted... Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

Thanks for the post MartinK. Well when i checked my currently fitted rear ones, it was purple brown (Same for crew cab and utility 110 i guess). So hope my green and white ones will give me a better ride? Cheers! Smile

Aha - ok I thought you has a SW (as per your avatar)

I did the same as you. The new ones are slightly longer, but do weem to offer a slightly better ride. However the vehicle will be even more jacked-up at the back unladen because of the slightly longer springs - see comparison here:

I haven't adjusted my headlamps' dip beam yet, but that's now set a bit low because of the higher rear end.

One day I'll buy some -1" springs to put the ride height back, and make the rear end a bit less "jacked-up".

The Koni shocks combined with the new springs was a vast improvement Smile Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

Hello martinK, I do not mind the raised back. I hope it will have some more ground clearance also. Have you actually gone through my ebay link. Please check. Appreciate if you could confirm that they are RKB500300. Many Thanks.

Diluk
