well after seeing Kens manned up FFRR i'd say the DC will look great on a set of 33" KM2s and some under body protection.

Really can't see why there is such a major issue with it? It's the defender thats out of date! 50 year old deisgn with a van engine.....and yes i have one!

hope the panels are plastic, the suspension hieght adjustable..it has loads of oomph...and Tim lets me have a go in it! Thumbs Up

Me too, I'm reluctant to put a deposit down until I know a bit more about it.

I was in my local dealers today chatting to the sales guy about the DC100. They have four deposits down so far - I may well be number five (currently thinking about it). John

Although I respect it, I find it hard to understand how can someone can put money in advance for a car that has not yet been produced, that we don't know if it will be put in to production, that it's not known how it will look like (although I believe if it will see daylight it will be like that)...but it's not my money! Smile I prefer to keep the money in my pocket... Whistle ...£500 in the bank with 4% interest rate/year, for 3 or 4 years it's not much, but it's better than having it in someone else's pocket! Wink

Thumbs Up the whole design is not right...it's a concept that should bring something new to LR and to the Defender badge...instead it's a regular car, it doesn't add nothing new, it looks a lot like too many other cars out there...it looks a lot like the Freelander also...and targeting the same market as the Evoque Sad Regards
