D44 Fuel Cooler
With the D44 fuel cooler guard what is required to fit I remember that a few nuts have to be undone and be slipped behind the fuel pipes and to be careful not to lose the nut inside the chassis rail. But you don't have to remove any pipe to fit do you? If so that does put me off somewhat. Any help or info would be appriciated. Thumbs Up

Easy job.

The nuts in the chassis are captive nuts, you just have to stop them sliding around. No pipes have to be removed to fit, just some gentle moving of the cooler.

Take it slowly and carefully and you will be fine - I was worried when I fitted mine but it was very simple.

I'm glad that's the case. It seems a good product from a reliable company. I heard that if the pipes get damaged not only could you be left stranded but they cost a lot too! Just bought a D44 tax disc holder from D44 tonight so might have a look at the cooler guard too one day. Thought £5.81 for delivery of a tax disc was a bit high but then again it is metal and also courier not RM. Thanks for the info once again Bob Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
