Hi Blackwolf
When assembling I did pump too much grease in and push the shaft out !
Just need to be carful when it comes to greasing.
So just need to find a CV boot that has an ID of 80 X 40mm |

I rebuilt it using the factory dust seal and cap and packed it with
Some Comma CV grease!
I will take off the T Box in 5-6k and inspect the output shaft when I replace the diff.

Well just drilled a 14mm hole in the extension case and

Definitely the original factory clutch , had the 90 from new and it the first time the gearbox has been off.

2015 90. Purchased from new, with original clutch and output shaft.
Now just over 60k miles the clutch springs are starting to rattle along with some juddering when cold
