That link doesn't seem to be correct?

I did once see an army style keswick green 110 soft top driving around near Gaydon, had white wolf rims on too. Could it have been one of those? 2011 110 USW

Mmmm, I do like Keswick Green.
Interesting it has a green roof but black mudguards, wonder why they paid the extra just to do the roof? 2011 110 USW

it looks like a really standard 110S. I supposed that French Army has strong budget restriction Shocked . BTW my Landy is in Keswick Green, with a white roof, of course.

If Land Rover is going to kill off the Defender in it's current form around 2013, does that mean the MoD will use the new incarnation of the Defender, or will a military version still be assembled/manufacted here in the UK?

Perhaps Hummers from the US? Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

I'm guessing the Wolf fleet will be kept on for as long as possible, along with the Typhonus (sp?) refurb vehicles.

I believe their service life is projected into the 2020's? If the Perentie fleet is anything to go by they'll be around for a while yet.

IIRC the Perenties went into service in 1985, and after a mid life refurb are expected to still be in service in 2025. Let's be honset, a 40 year service life is pretty impressive, no reason why the Wolf fleet couldn't last that long either?

Kinda reminds me why I love the Defender (and older Land Rovers in general) just as much. 1982 Wife
