Bucket seats (Corbeau) and middle seat
I have my eye on a set of Corbeau seats to improve seating comfort in my 90 td5 soft top. But I need the middle seat to stay (2 kids who like to come with me).
Can anyone who has the Corbeau's confirm if the middle seat fits, or give me a measurement of the available space between the seats?

Thanks

Sorry, I thought someone would have more experience than me.
I recently fitted Corbeau high sided seats to my 2015 Puma. The fitting plates move the seats in by over an inch. I've had to remove the storage nets that were on the side of the cubby to get them in. The passenger seat is on mud rails. These make the fit so tight that I've had to fit an extender to the seat belt stalk.
I could measure the gap later today, but I doubt very much you'll fit a middle seat in. There's only just enough room for a cubby box.

They're very comfortable though.

Thanks for the feedback. Is the inch to the middle necessary for the back (side 'bulge') to clear the b-pillar? Maybe I can keep the original position and gain some space.

I went to Urban Truck in the UK and wanted Recaros plus the middle seat, neither the Recaros or the Corbeaus would fit with the middle seat in situ
I went with heated XS seats in the end to keep the three seat configuration

Sorry not good news

Needed for the B-pillar and the seat belt. Not sure you'd be able to shut the door either!

The corbeau subframe move the seat away from the door to clear the b pillar. I suspect the middle seat will fit. If you post the dimensions ill see Instagram @defender_ventures

The middle seat base is 355mm, the back is 365mm.
Maybe I can space the seats a bit more outside because it's a soft top with a seatbelt bar (seatbelts not mounted to the b-pillar), but it's still too little space like bankz measured.
Xs seats might be the only solution like Simon said, or Exmoor trim's premium seats maybe.

Sorry just seen this. I had to remove mine. The wings make the seats have to go further I to the middle and don't leave enough room.
On a plus side you arm is further away from the drivers window 2014 - current ..... 2003 defender td5 90 (my car)

I've been searching further and it looks like I will have to fabricate something anyway if I want to make any sports seat fit. Postive news is that I have 2 extra inches to the outside thanks to the soft top (no real b pillar)
There is no one who has them on stock nearby so I need a few measurements if someone has the time.

the total width of the seat base
width of the back bolsters
the height of the back where the seat widens for the bolsters.

Would be great if someone could measure it. Thanks
