Utility parts.
Has anybody got a parts pic, and part number list for the rear panels of a utility. I’m swapping from CSW to utility, and want to know what parts I will need to do the swap.

Thanks Andy.

All you need is a set of hard top side off an 88" Series. Ed

I’ve bought the utility panels, and now need to get them sprayed. But it’s the fitting parts that I require.

Sides to roof seal
Sides to tub seal
Anything else?

Andy.

I reused my seals as they were in good nick. But then again it's a 300Tdi so back when things were reasonably well built Razz

Only addition I did was run a bead of rtv around the tub to sides for extra waterproofness.

Was able to do it without taking off the roof. Unbolted everything and with a sledge hammer between the wheel box and back door top was able to prop the roof up high enough to install them.

I had to split one of the nuts in the rear corner and the thread was knackered so I turned down what remained on the lathe and drilled a threaded bar to slot over the top and welded it in place (more because I could and didn't have time to wait for new parts to arrive). Ed

One addition that has worked well for me is I also tinted the rear window quite dark (from Halfords). Now means I can have guns and stuff in the boot without being too obvious. The L322 seats block off all visibility from the front as well. Ed

I will be getting the two rear passenger doors, and back door window tinted limo black. I will also pu seal between new utility panels, and side cappings.

Want to keep it as secure as possible as it’s my work van, and also to keep it cool, as it’s also a kennel.
