Jacobs Ladder consultation
Please object to Derbyshire council wanting to close Jacobs ladder

pinched off GLASS

Derbyshire County Council (DCC) are consulting the public regarding an
order to ban all motor vehicles from Byway Open to All Traffic No. 15, which
is an iconic green lane in Stoney Middleton between The Nook and New Road
(Trailwise2 UID SK2375-02) – .
PLEASE HELP by submitting an objection as an individual to the TRO, either
via the DCC questionnaire on their web page (search in Google or Bing for
Proposed prohibition of mechanically propelled vehicles over Stoney
Middleton Byway Open to All Traffic No15 known as Jacob’s Ladder),
or by writing or emailing to the below address.
We apologise if you had already given DCC your views about their proposals
during the consultation they held during the period 17 May to 14 June
2018 – but it’s really important that you take part again to make sure your
comments are taken into consideration.
This is because DCC made an administrative error during the last
consultation which means all the comments previously made cannot be
considered.
The closing date for objections is 5th October 2018.
You might point out in your objection that the route is an adopted highway,
and should be cleared of overgrowth and the walls repaired to restore it to
its legal width of 3.5m. DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy

Will do, way too many councils looking are trying to dodge their legal requirements to comply with the law of the land as they've :censored: their budget away on stuff that the council tax payer never asked for and doesn't want
