2.2 Air Conditioning Leak
Each time I use the air condition on my 2.2 Puma it results in water in the passenger foot well.
Assuming this is condensation there must be a drain tube somewhere that is blocked. The duck billed outlet tube under the car is clear so my question is, are there any other tubes that could be blocked or my assumptions wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.

Under the heater / zircon unit in the dash is a rubber grommet that connects the unit to the floor and through to the duckbill. Check the grommet. It will be pretty to check but that is what I would do.

Has your dash or heater / aircon unit ever been removed? (and not fitted back correctly?) 1995 300tdi Defender 90 P/UP

The little rubber drain pipe teat will be blocked and back filling until leaking, situated above the gearbox. have a feel around up there and you should find it, give it a squeeze and you should hopefully get wet Thumbs Up

Many thanks guys I think the problem is solved.
Nick, as you said it would be pretty difficult to access so I followed Roy's advice and found the duck bill above the gearbox an squeezed gently until it opened, no water came out probably because I haven't used the air con for a while.
It,s been over a week with air con on and no leaks so a big thanks.
