What a brilliant tool, for only £74.99 it allows 'anyone' to buy a universal remote that bypasses any pre-2012 Defender immobiliser........ Rolling Eyes

The idea of it beeping and 'forgetting' other key fobs is so if you lose a fob, the lost fob can't be used to start the car. The beep is so someone can't just programme a new fob without it making a noise.
