Help with finding this lead (in the UK for quick postage)

Hello

The double din radio I have has USB at the back so I can attach a lead and plug in either an Apple or Android lead.

What I would like to do is run a USB lead behind head unit and then to this USB socket.

I cannot seem to find a lead that goes from USB to this type of socket? that's in the UK and available quickly... All seem from China

Anyone help.
