Wanted - Picture of Rear Side Door Interior
Hello folks,

Does anybody have, or can point me to, a picture of the inside of a late station wagon rear side door without the water shedder fitted, please? I've got the door card removed form one of my doors at the moment and thought I'd fit some sound deadening whilst there, but not sure whether it's worth the effort of removing the shedder, which doesn't cover as much of the door as the front ones.

Thanks for looking. Darren

Thanks, but those look like Discovery or Range Rover doors. Darren

Really surprised how rare photos of a middle door are sorry about the above doors but the only one I can find is this and I know this is the right door if it is not then I will put my head in a bucket of water and call it a day Smile But shows only part of the door but hope it helps

Even though there is a small piece of sound deadening material at the bottom inside of the stock door, adding a larger sheet of Dynamat or similar does make a noticeable difference. I have done so on a couple door builds and it is worth the effort.

Here are two pictures of my late model doors as I was disassembling them for paint.

Definitely, they close with a clunk rather than a twang.

Thanks chaps, that's just what I needed. It looks like it'll definitely be worth removing the shedder.

I'm already sold on the benefits having done both front doors on the 90 that I've just sold. Darren
