Clutch Hose pressure
Who knows the pressure in the clutch hose?

I found larger flexible hoses that are up to 500psi, i rather make a hose that goes up to 1500psi, but the fittings are a problem. They dont have swivle m10x1 in ss braided hose

I doubt it's much at all to be honest. I mean think how much effort it takes to compress the fingers on the clutch cover. If you put one on the floor and stand on it it compresses easily.

That's what? 170lb on about 2 square inches. So if roughly 85psi is all it takes to compress the clutch, I doubt the hydraulics have much more than that in them.

The pedal needs about 25lb to move.

Ok, i will try the 500psi hose and if it busts, i will try something a bit higher in workin pressure

That's a more scientific way of working it out.

If you know the pressure to depress the pedal and can find out the piston sizes for the master and slave cylinders you can work out the multiplication factor. But even if the slave is 4 times bigger than the master, that's only 100pounds.

Lost in translation, they supplied a hose with a workin pressure of 300bar and a burst pressure of 500bar.

I am in the clear

Installin and bleedin tomorrow
