Eduardo,
I'm almost there with it now so I'll stick with what I've got but will have a look at the option you have given (thank you very much) for future use. I do have a problem tho....the values against 00:00 hrs aren't being calculated I can see why but not sure how to resolve. I've broken down what I need into 4 values; all Saturday and Sunday Mon to Fri (7am - 7pm) Mon to Fri 00hrs to 7hrs Mon to Fri 19hrs to 23hrs =IF(AND(OR(D4="MON",D4="TUE",D4="WED",D4="THU",D4="FRI"),AND(E4>F40/24),AND(E4<7>0/24),AND(E4<7>18/24),AND(E4<24/24)),B4,0) once again thanks very much for your suggestion. in the short term I'd like to understand how to include values against 00:00 hrs and ideally pull the last 2 formula above into 1 formula. thank you very much in advance. |

Easy one
Here it is complete Gives 0 for Sat-Sun 1 for 7 to 19 Mon-Fri 2 for 0 to 7 Mon-Fri 3 for 19 to 24 Mon-Fri Click image to enlarge Same principle of the other one First IF check the day 0 for Sat-Sun and 1 for the rest The second is an annidated IF first IF ask if the hour is between 7 and 19 if so is 1, if not second if check if the hour between 0 and 7 if so, 2 if not is 3 When you multiply both IF the formula gives you 0,1,2 or 3 Cheers again Cheers! here's goes - another one for the experts......
I've got quite a large excel document with approx. 30 tabs each with a photograph. I'm trying to print the excel to pdf and unfortunately although I'm asking it to print the 'entire worksheet' it's simply pdf'ing one page at a time and it's asking for a file name for each tab !!! ? I want it to simply produce one pdf file with all of the tabs/pages. any help much appreciated. |
