Thanks to everyone who has given an honest opinion of whats best.
I'm going to stay well clear of drilled for the reasons given however i think i will go for grooved discs and a suitable pad.
I will update the post with my findings once the job is done and they have bedded in.

I may contact Bowler of Twisted to find out who makes their larger discs and pad and go for that brand.

Good results reported over here with standard pads and disc conversion kit too hydraulic assist. Les Richmond australia I think does a complete kit! Thumbs Up
