Repair fork 576138
Hello!

Has anyone done the recovery of the clutch fork 576138 engine TD5?
The plug is in perfect condition. I would not want to buy a new fork. For some reason, Land Rover did not foresee the replacement of rod insert. I would like to find a suitable budget solution for the restoration of this part.
Maybe someone has already done this?

1. have used bearing fit you will need clean both parts before using bearing fit

2. in the field have used centre punch and hammer with push rod insert in place in the fork with centre punch and hammer centre dot at there point it will lock push rod insert in place

What bearing do you recommend to use?
