Difference between 12 & 15P Heads

I have a head off a 15P engine

A guy whos got a 12p engine wants to know if it will fit

Will it?? Whats the difference as I dont know what to tell him. Its it the fueling??

difference between 10p and 15p head injector and fuel return rote also camshaft
