Shouldn't be too difficult to find an OEM rad. ie. made by the same people who make them for LR.

PCC001020 is the rad, same as late TD5's. But you're looking at close to 500 for a genuine one. You should be able to get an OEM one for about 150ish. On my old L322, it needed a new rad, LR wanted over 500 for a new one, i got a Behr (who were Land Rover's OEM for the L322) one from one of the online suppliers for 130. It was identical to the original in every way. including labels and numbers. It looks like Nissens are the OEM for the Defender, but i've not checked my own car to verify it.

If the end tanks are sound on your existing one, you can probably have it recored. By someone like http://www.transrad.co.uk/

I have also been looking at the allisport stuff Shocked
Do like it though.
Is it worth putting in a better heater matrix as if you put in cooler intercooler and radiator it might effect heating which is at best poor??

I think it's worth upgrading the heater matrix in a TD5 regardless.
