Well I can't see anything on my switch to connect cable to , so thinking I'll just get the right switch.

Land rover parts are telling me part EEP191L is LHD only does that sound right ?
Also tying to understand how this actually works , ie hwo is the witch activated / depressed

Canada 2000 Defender 110 Td5 XS CSW Epsom Green

When properly installed the black square plunger is what activates the circuit. With the hand brake lever in the up position (transmission brake engaged) it works by closing the circuit (the plunger is out). When the the hand brake is in the down position it opens the ciruit and the light goes goes out (plunger is in). 2003 Range Rover Mk III (Desmond FitzWilliam)

new part arrived and fitted and now working as expected , just need to find the plastic nails now to hold the gator in place
