Seeing as you asked, No they wont, not if you comply with the manufacturers stated rim size.

Of course if you want to ignore that and any legal/insurance issues that may crop up if you do have a bad day, then, as many people will tell you, they have them fitted and never had any problems..... etc etc.

Your call. 3 Landrovers

Boosts (and Deep Dish) alloys are 7" wide, 33mm offset.

Sawtooths are 7" wide, 20mm offset.

I don't have data for the SVX dual tone, I am afraid.

You can run 285/75 x 16 BFG tyres on Boosts with no problems, however (1) the rims are narrower than tyre manufacturer's minimum recommended minimum, which could conceivably cause an issue in the event of bad things happening (although I have never heard of an authenticated case of there being issues - it seems to be another of the many Internet legends), and (2) 285s on Boosts do have a detrimental effect on turning circle. This can of course be mitigated with 30mm spacers, but then you will get crud up the side of the vehicle in huge doses, and also fall foul of the "spacer police" who will tell you that they're dangerous and your soul will burn for eternity for fitting them. Once again, however, they are quite safe if used and fitted properly.

Clearly you should tell your insurance company, etc., etc.,

it is a great shame that BFG seemingly have no intention of making the AT KO2 in 255/85x16, since it is the ideal size for a Defender and I am sure would be a good seller. I don't know why they make the KM2 in this size and not the KO2.

Hi JST. the standard Boost wheel is a 16" x 7" with a 33mm offset.

I have just fitted 285/75/16 BFG AT KO2s on these and they fit just fine. Many many folks running this size tyre on Boost wheels.

235/85/16 Vs. 285/75/16
