90 bottom radiator hose/pipe
Hi - just changing the rad on my 2003 td5 90, new rad looked identical but I'm finding that I have a pipe at the bottom left hand side (by power steering ) on my old rad this seems to be blanked off as I can't blow through it but the replacement rad is leaking from this tube - I've not got a hose to fit there as the original rad never had a connection ?
Any ideas ?

Hi Mark. I have literally just replaced my 2003 Rad as well. That tube is meant to be blanked off, definitely not leaking. I am afraid the rad has to go back to the manufacturer. If you need a stop gap then you will need to plug it somehow... Queue McGuiver music and dig out your best spare jubilee clips, off cut of pipe you never knew you'd need again, bung and of course swiss army knife... Thumbs Up

Yup never as straight forward as they should be. Think that pipe outlet was for the Discovery variant, but could be wrong. Same rad end caps for cheap manufacturing...

Good luck. Off to do rear brakes now... Thumbs Up
