I just don't see how this fits in a lineup or competes in the space occupied by the Defender. This design choice is so un-distinctive and unremarkable.

There are better concepts out there that won't be made. I guess I'll be keeping my 'classic' Defender forever.

What worries me is with all those soft lines Smile and no doubt fitted vanity mirrors in the visors Shocked and all curvaceous with no masculine rugged angular bits it will become a woman’s car. Whistle

I think I like that design, just something doesn't look quite right, and I can't put my finger on it.

Still looks a bit Freelander 1 to me. Not that that is necessarily all bad, if this was aiming for mid range SUV sales, i.e somewhere below D Sport.

OK, so crazy but never I am realising before that JLR plan to bring new version of Defender to market.
Thank you to show me this news but I do not like how it look which is like large Mini cooper. I like Mini cooper but not with Land Rover badge. I hope for you it is good.

It has definitely grown on me, but can never see it being a direct replacement for the Defender. Cant see it being treated like a true work horse! Neutral

I still think that if i wanted a Yeti that I would have bought one. My reason for buying the late defender was the perceived development of the replacement. I think all it needs is a Dacia badge Whistle 1983 Series 3 Pick up in Marine Blue
