Clutch slave cylinder ,pipe/hose.
Hi new to the site,my clutch has failed due to a leak in the pipe supply to the slave cylinder.it seams strange not to have a flex hose or braided hose for this link.has it been done or are there drawbacks to this.i would like to run a braided hose to replace the existing flex hose direct to the slave cylinder .i understand the pipe there is larger than brake pipe ie1/4 inch.anyone done this.
Thanks Bob

Just been studying more photos of the clutch slave cylinder assembly.i see that my bracket supporting the pipe from the cylinder is mounted on the bulkhead ,where it should be on the slave cylinder mounting bolt.there by giving me the flex between body and slave cylinder.i need.
